Klaus Steinhauser has nearly 40 years’ C-Suite experience in multi-plant manufacturing operations in multiple industries that include the following:

    • Equipment efficiency improvements from 35% to 86%

Klaus led projects that increased revenue by 25% and 47% at Rassini-NHK and Thyssen, respectively, with new product development launchings. He also generated $880K in new business within 3 months at Aryzta.

  • Klaus served as CRO – Chief Restructuring Officer for private equity, Brazilian Partners, in which he advised regarding Aryzta Group, an international food & retail company, in which as CRO he managed 6 plants focused on cost reduction to:

  • Secure contracts over $550M.

  • Achieve annual savings of $10.5 Million.

  • Attain recurring EBITDA of $12 Million

  • Provide board advisory involving new investments of $1.2 Billion.

Klaus is a Certified Advisory Counsellor. He holds degrees, including advanced degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering; Automotive Engineering; General Administration; MBA in Business Management.
